Crius Energy Trust

The Crius Energy Trust (the “Trust”) is a trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario on September 7, 2012. Units of the Trust are publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “KWH.UN”. The Trust was established to provide investors with a distribution-producing investment through the acquisition of an ownership interest in Crius Energy, LLC. On November 13, 2012 Crius Energy Trust through an initial public offering acquired an ownership interest in Crius Energy LLC.

Crius Energy, LLC (the “Company”) is one of the largest independent Energy Retailers operating in the United States, with over half a million customers. The Company serves customers across a variety of segments, including residential and small to medium-size commercial customers, and markets its products through a variety of sales channels and brand names such as Viridian and Public Power.
